Station 03 ended with a toilet. This one follows the load past it, from a pit that fills to the plant that treats it.

Scope of work

A toilet is not the system. Most of what makes waste safe sits under the street.

From the bathroom, two houses look alike. The drain from one ends at a treatment plant, and the drain from the other ends in the nearest ditch. Nothing in the bowl tells you which. The pipe behind the wall decides it.

The weakest link is usually the one that moves. A pit fills, a truck arrives, and the load has to reach a place that will take it. When nobody records that trip, the load can come back to the street it left.
